We hate to see you go, but we make it easy to cancel or close your Peak account!
On the App:
1. Tap the Peak icon in the top right corner of the home screen to get started.
2. Tap "Edit account Settings" > "Manage your account" > "Close Account."
1. Using the left-hand side menu, tap "Account Settings" then "Manage Your Account."
2. Select "Close Account" and "Confirm."
Once you choose to close your Peak account, the 10-day deactivation process begins and all transactions are paused. If you have available funds, please withdraw them in advance of your cancellation. The closing process allows us to ensure all transactions have settled. Any remaining funds will be returned to the funding source 10 days after the deactivation request.
*Please note: Deleting the Peak app does not close your account.*
