To reset your password, simply tap on the "Need Help?" button in the upper right hand corner of your login screen.
Select 'Forgot Password' and enter your username on the next screen. We will send you a temporary password to the email you used when you signed up for Peak. When you receive the email, you'll be able to enter in the temporary password into your app.
Once you log in with the temporary password, you will be prompted to enter in a new password!
We can also help you to reset your password internally if you reach out to us at email@example.com. We can provide you with a temporary password so you can reset your password within the app. Just know that this temporary password is only active for 3 days, so act fast!
