Laura Krajewski February 19, 2019 19:04 Updated Follow In order to change your funding source with Peak, please review the requirements that fit your current Peak account status: For users with no balance:Please submit a request by emailing email@example.com or in the app by going to “Edit account settings” and then tapping “Funding source” under “Connect another account.” For users with a balance:We’d ask that you withdraw any funds already deposited. Once the withdrawal has been received by your bank, reach out to us in the app or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once received, you'll be able to change your credentials in the app. For users with a closed funding source and a balance in Peak:We’ll need a photo of your ID, a selfie to confirm your ID matches, and additional bank documentation. Please reach out to us in the app or by email at email@example.com. *Funding account changes are limited to one request every 3 months. Peak maintains the right to decline any account change request.
