Peak uses a service called Plaid to connect to your bank. Sometimes, Plaid loses their connection to your accounts. The connection can be lost for many reasons, including changing your username or password, adding or removing accounts at your bank, or even general service issues at your bank.
In most cases, you will be able to reconnect within a few seconds using the prompt within Peak.
Some situations require a little extra assistance, so if you have recently made changes to your funding source or if you are experiencing trouble reconnecting, contact Customer Success via the Help center in the app or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
