FAQ's about Peak closing

After 4+ years of serving Peak members, we've made the difficult decision to close Peak.

Two important facts:

1. Peak was not hacked and has never had a security incident in the 4 years we've been in operation.

2. Your personal bank information has not, and never will be, sold or shared.
   At the completion of our closing process, all of your information will be irreversibly deleted from Peak's Systems. Peak's primary bank software vendor, Q2 Helix, will retain records of your transactions, no longer than what is required for banking regulatory compliance purposes.

What will happen if I had a balance with Peak?
Peak automatically sent all remaining balances back to the connected bank or credit union listed as your funding source. All balances were distributed by Thursday, April 21st, 2022.
